TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All Advertising and Backbone payments are final. Upon request, a copy of the advertising copy and a JPEG of the caricature can be provided. Members of the Backbone may, likewise, also request a copy of the caricature, before payment. If a caricature is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer, the publisher will render another drawing, if he absolutely has to. The customer will have 30 days from receipt of invoice to make payment. A $5.00 late fee/month may be imposed on any unpaid purchases, more than 30 days outstanding from receipt of invoice.
