To err on the side of protection, I think we have failed to provide services for visitors. I don\u2019t think the park was set aside to protect and not accommodate reasonable numbers of visitors, with the visitation to Canyonlands to date. I don\u2019t think that the timidity we\u2019ve had, not just the National Park Service, but the State and community and all interested groups have done justice to the visitor.
