Feelings of anxiety and inadequacy grow in the lonely chamber of self-absorption and projection.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Oh ain&#8217;t it awful. Maybe the urban-angst crowd needs a hike in the Yellowstone&#8217;s backcountry, sans cell phone.
