The decision was made at the discretion of Moab Mayor Dave Sakrison, who officially informed Davidson on Tuesday morning, Sept. 13 that she would be placed on paid leave&#8230;.Moab City Recorder Rachel Stenta said that although the decision to place Davidso<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">n on paid administrative leave was made at the discretion of the mayor, that choice was \u201cinfluenced\u201d by issues raised by members of the Moab City Council.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>\u201cThere were internal issues in the organization that the council determined needed to be evaluated,\u201d Stenta told The Times-Independent. \u201cThe council felt the process would be streamlined if the city manager were on leave.
