But it sat vacant for years and in the late 90s, the house was torn down. A few years later, after a contracted battle with the city&#8212;Moab insisted and won the argument that the large trees remain&#8212;a Taco Bell took its place.\u00a0 It went bankrupt and the new building again sat vacant.
