TWO of the dirtiest Top 20 power plants are operated by Luminant Energy, a subsidiary of Energy Future Holdings and part of the TPG Capital portfolio. TPG’s founding partner, David Bonderman, sits on the boards of the Wilderness Society and the Grand Canyon Trust.
