PRESS RELEASE FROM GRAND COUNTY ATTORNEY,
RE: ETHICS COMPLAINT BY JOHN WEISHEIT AGAINST
COUNTY COUNCILMAN LYNN JACKSON…
To read County Attorney Andrew Fitzgerald’s complete statement, click on the images below. Here are two excerpts… JS
“The Grand County Attorney retained outside legal counsel to review an ethics complaint filed by John Weisheit, Conservation Director, Living Rivers, against Alan “Lynn” Jackson, a member of the Grand County Council (the “Weisheit Complaint”). The Weisheit Complaint asserts that Mr. Jackson, either through Del Fortner Consulting or High Desert Consulting, provided consulting services to American Potash LLC, an entity that develops and seeks to further develop potash resources in the Grand County area.”
“…The Weisheit Complaint takes the position that, because he acts as a consultant to the potash industry, Mr. Jackson must disclose and recuse himself from any matter that relates to potash mining. If one were to take such a broad view of a conflict of interest, it could well prevent an elected official from serving the interests of the very individuals who voted him or her into office. For instance, a real estate agent elected to the County Council arguably could not vote on zoning issues generally because it might affect overall real estate development in the County and thereby potentially impact the real estate agent’s potential income. Or the owner of a bike shop could not vote on developing a trail system because it potentially could increase revenues for the bike shop. Such a result would be untenable.”

It’s actually very complex in this active life to listen news on TV, thus I

Putting the trays out ahead of time keeps the line from forming at all. Putting breakfast out early lets people eat as they chat and find a seat. Searching catering fayetteville ar turned up the early setup tip, and the room filled without a wait.

Water in the pan below is the whole reason a chafing dish helps. Keep the trays apart so nobody has to lean over a flame. The results for catering fayetteville ar showed a simple sketch of table spacing.

With the trays cleared, a search on catering fayetteville ar helped me sort out what organic really covers. The sourcing can go organic, and the menu stays quiet on anything beyond that. Which particular dishes can be made with organic ingredients is the thing I’ll want spelled out.
I redid the menu after that night and never put out a dish that needs two hands again. A guest with a small plate and a cup can circle the whole room. Googling catering fayetteville ar turned up a spread that works without a table.
Dock access decided how early the crew wanted to arrive. Worth asking whether carts are allowed through the building, because some halls make the caterer hand-carry everything. The listings for catering fayetteville ar mentioned dock access more than anything else.
The booster club booked the Fayetteville Square dinner and left vegan guests off the order entirely. The order went through without a word about vegan options, so there they were. Vegan guests were an easy request nobody wrote on the order.
Tray math settled a lunch that suddenly grew by fifty. Portions stayed matched when a lunch of fifty extra people arrived. I looked up catering fayetteville ar and the servings-per-tray math finally clicked. How do you pin down servings per tray for a count still in flux?
The second wedding comparison made me think of every office lunch I’ve ever set up. Done more than a speech ever could, that cookie platter for a teammate’s last day. Looking up catering fayetteville ar led me to the same guidance about keeping it modest.
Everyone notices the trays before the food. A lunch setup gets appraised on sight, well before anyone eats. Rows with breathing room between pieces read as care rather than haste. Typing catering fayetteville ar brought up useful layout guidance.

Late in the year, an office party needs to feel like an occasion without turning into a seated dinner. Trays of finger food let people wander and chat instead of sitting through courses. A search about catering fayetteville ar returned tray spreads for office parties.
