“We are sad to report that a Federal Judge has denied the Quechan restraining order to stop construction of the Ocotillo Express Wind Project. As we write this, sacred cultural sites are being bulldozed so Pattern Energy can complete enough construction by September to qualify for a 140 million dollar tax credit under the soon to expire federal Production Tax Credit program. Approval of this project is a very grim and insulting action by the Obama Administration. They can not be trusted.”
